Global Compensation Partner

The Global Compensation Partner supports the Compensation team in developing and maintaining fair, competitive, and compliant compensation programs that align with Dover's organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conductjob evaluation and analysis on current and new jobs
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis on pay increases, promotions, and compensation trends
  • Provide support to 1-2 Business Segments (~3-6Operating Companies)
  • Provide advice, ad hoc analysis, guidance and support to HR business partners, managers, and leadership on compensation-related issues,inquiriesor requests
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations through ongoing monitoring and analysis
  • Support the annual compensation cycle process, ensuring accuracy andtimelyexecution
  • Assistin maintenance of global job architecture
  • Participate in compensation surveys tomaintainmarket competitiveness
  • Support the creation and roll-out of a global pay band structure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resourcesorrelatedfieldwith3-5 years ofexperienceincompensation management
  • Experience with Workday, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Seekingproactive, problem-solving individuals
  • Ability to handle confidential data
  • Work independently
  • Speaking& partnering withseniorleaders

Work Arrangement : Hybrid

Pay Range: $87,000.00 - $95,000.00annually

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
