Overview

A seniorlevel Delivery Manager supporting SCE'S Continuous Technology Modernization Simplification (CTMS) program across the Application, Infrastructure, and AI Enablement workstreams will oversee endtoend planning and execution of modernization initiatives, coordinate crossfunctional technical and business teams, and ensure alignment with SCE's architectural, financial, and operational objectives.



Responsibilities

    Partnering with a product owner to learn customer needs.
  • Prioritizing the backlog and reviewing user stories.
  • Focus on delegating authority and fostering self-organization among team members to create added value for the project.
  • Solve roadblocks and issues when the team can't see a way out.
  • Project Management certification preferred Possesses seven to ten years of project management experience.
  • Driving project schedules, facilitating duediligence and design sessions, managing risks and dependencies, reviewing and approving solution documentation, coordinating vendors and MSPs, and ensuring milestones are met.
  • The role also requires maintaining clear communications across stakeholders, ensuring issues and opportunities are escalated appropriately, supporting businesscase development, and enabling consistent governance and delivery practices across CTMS activities to keep all workstreams synchronized and moving toward execution readiness.


Qualifications

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of translating technical detail into businessready language.
  • Proven vendor and MSP management experience, including SOW execution and milestonebased performance oversight.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detailoriented, and able to juggle multiple simultaneous initiatives.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, align stakeholders, and drive decisionmaking.
  • PMP
  • Agile delivery credentials, such as PMIACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or Leading SAFe.
  • Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS) helpful for evaluating and coordinating modernization and platform work.

Wage Data Per State Requirements

This position will pay between $191,000 - $221,600 per year. This rate is depending on experience and skill set.
