Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift avl.

Duration: 6-12 months

Job Description:

  • Training may occur on 1st shift.
  • Duration of training for 2nd and 3rd shift until the technician is fully comfortable.
  • Weekend work may be required after training is complete.
  • We are seeking Test Technicians across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift to support testing, troubleshooting, and verification of advanced electronic products.
  • These roles involve hands on work with a wide range of test equipment, engineering documentation, and proprietary systems.
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong initiative, technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Perform product testing using detailed work instructions, test procedures, and engineering documents.
  • Set up and operate a wide range of electronic test equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electronic assemblies and components.
  • Load software and firmware as part of testing processes.
  • Document test results accurately and thoroughly.
  • Move materials on and off test platforms as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and maintain a strong safety focus.


Required Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree OR equivalent post-secondary technical training.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or military electronics training.
  • Ability to read and interpret.
  • Schematics.
  • Wiring diagrams.
  • Engineering drawings.
  • Experience with RF, digital, and analog testing.
  • Ability to perform software and firmware loads.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • No clearance required while on contract.
  • Must be able to obtain a clearance if converted to a direct employee.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed (up to 25-50 lbs).
  • Ability to work in a lab or production floor environment with electronic equipment.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers for handling components, tools, and test equipment.
  • Must follow all safety and ESD (electrostatic discharge) protocols.


Desired Skills:

Experience with a broad range of test equipment, including but not limited to:

  • Oscilloscopes.
  • Multimeters.
  • Power supplies.
  • Spectrum analyzers.
  • Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
  • Collimators.
  • Inframeters.
  • Pulse generators.


Additional preferred skills:

  • Familiarity with SAP or test data systems (*** uses several proprietary systems).
  • Ability to understand and execute software/firmware loading processes.
  • Soldering or rework skills (may be required depending on assignment).
  • Flexibility to support multiple shifts and weekend work once trained.
  • Strong safety mindset and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment .
