Job Description The HR Manager serves as the primary HR partner for the Wilson Warbirds, aligning HR policies and procedures with organizational goals. This role collaborates with executive leadership, people managers, and staff to deliver comprehensive HR support across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS management, learning and development, culture and engagement, and compliance. Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Support leadership through strategic collaboration on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. HR Generalist or Business Partner experience in sports/entertainment is a plus. Certification in SHRM is desirable but not required. Bilingual is a plus.
