Security Officer - Foundry Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Foundry Patrol Driver in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will need a valid driver's license and meet AU Driver Policy Requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking lots, and the exterior perimeter; document observations and report maintenance hazards and/or unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and vehicle traffic as assigned, verify credentials and/or delivery documentation, and direct visitors and contractors to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify site contacts and/or emergency services as required, and complete detailed incident reports.
• Perform routine checks of doors, gates, and critical equipment areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or tampering, and support security-related investigations by preserving observations and reporting them promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
