As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a high-energy automotive manufacturing location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document activity using a computer and/or tablet, and deliver standout customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with notifications, basic scene management, and documentation.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking lots, and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor check-in processes, verify credentials as required, and direct individuals to appropriate areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete detailed shift activity logs and incident reports, communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and support handoff briefings between shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be 21 or more years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
