Job Title: Assembler/Tester B Duration: 6 +Months Location: Irvine CA 92606 Payrate: $22hr. on w2 without benefits. Shift: 2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11pm Note: MUST demonstrate mechanical aptitude. Not interested in medical or electrical assembly. Looking for mechanical assembly - Automotive/Car Mechanic/Aircraft Mechanic experience is a good fit. Candidate must be able to stand 50% of the time and lift up to 35lbs. They cannot have 2nd job and work at needs someone that this job is their first priority. Job Description: Accurately and efficiently assembles/tests products to achieve customer quality and on-time delivery schedules. Performs basic assembly/test functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment Records test results on data forms using basic electrical equipment and flow meters. Interprets blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives Able to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment. Able to read and understand blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications. Perform basic mathematical calculations, as well as demonstrate effective verbal, written, and basic computer skills. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
