You will monitor assigned areas, check doors and key points, observe for unusual activity, and document findings with clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Help to maintain a visible presence within a food and beverage production and/or distribution location to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting concerns per site policy.
• Control access at designated entry points by confirming authorization for employees, contractors, and visitors and directing them to the correct check-in process.
• Screen and log visitors, vendors, and contractors, issue temporary credentials as directed, and communicate arrival information to the appropriate site contact.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other site systems as assigned, and report and/or escalate abnormal activity per post orders.
• Support receiving and shipping operations by monitoring truck yard activity, verifying driver identification, and documenting trailer and seal information when required by site procedures.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and on time, using required systems and/or forms.
• Provide directions and assistance to personnel and visitors, helping to resolve minor issues before they escalate.
• Support site food defense and product integrity practices by observing for unauthorized access to restricted areas and reporting suspicious behavior per policy.
• Participate in drills and follow established response procedures for fire, severe weather, medical situations, and/or other site emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
