As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to People Leaders across HearingLife, advancing the organization's vision of Helping More People Hear Better. This role is responsible for aligning business strategy with people strategy by delivering proactive, consultative HR solutions that drive performance, engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities The Human Resources Business Partner plays a critical leadership role within the HR function by supporting assigned client groups across the enterprise. This position balances strategic partnership and hands-on execution, owning complex employee relations, performance management, talent initiatives, and change management efforts. The HRBP collaborates closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Legal) to deliver consistent, scalable HR solutions. Travel: Occasional travel may be required. The salary range for this role is 80-85k/year plus bonus.
