We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to support our internal and external customers' deposit servicing needs. This role is central to our operational excellence, involving a variety of standard deposit servicing activities, issue resolution, and contributions to process improvements. You'll leverage your foundational industry experience to manage complex transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from internal partners and customers, adhering to established policies and service level agreements.

* Perform intermediate to advanced deposit maintenance for various account types, including demand deposits, savings, and time deposits.

* Conduct quality assurance for deposit maintenance functions and review imaged documents for accuracy.

* Process complex exception items and adjustments, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

* Participate in year-end regulatory tax reporting and corrective reporting processes.

* Board specialized account types to core operating systems with precision.

* Provide support and guidance, including understanding and approving transactions for junior team members.

* Research and resolve more complex transactions and operational issues.

* Manage the processing of legal documents such as subpoenas, garnishments, liens, levies, dormancy, and escheatment.

* Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

* Identify potential risks and escalate concerns through appropriate channels.

* Actively participate in assigned projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

* Maintain a deep understanding of financial products and services, adapting to evolving procedures and systems.

* Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes, offering recommendations for areas of opportunity.

* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and image deposit and loan documents.

* Perform basic reconciliation of deposit accounts.

* Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing financial operations, including strict regulatory compliance.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Minimum of 2 years of deposit servicing experience or 3 years of operations or related experience.

* Background in financial services, accounting, or finance.

* Intermediate to advanced understanding of deposit products and foundational deposit industry experience.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and as a collaborative team player.

* Exceptional customer service, oral, and written communication skills.

* High level of accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and quality-focused approach.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

* Proven ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

* Adaptability and flexibility to learn and adjust to changing procedures and systems.

* Understanding of debits, credits, and basic General Ledger entries.

* Ability to utilize multiple systems for research and problem-solving.

* Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

**Must-Have Skills:**

* Exceptional attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
