Primary ResponsibilitiesInclude:

We areseekinga highly capableDigitalPlatformas a Service (DPaaS)Manager. This individual willbe responsible formanaging a team as well as contributing as an individual byoperatingand maintaining the Digital Platform as a Service.

• Lead a team of system architects/engineers both Leidos personnel and subcontractors to fulfill the requirements for the program

• Provide the customer support on infrastructure, tools; and provisioning of new tools and users.

• Design and architect scalable, resilient, and secure cloud solutions acrossthe Virtual PrivateCloud(VPC)networks

• Configure andmaintaintheDPaaSenvironments

• Develop, update/patch, assess, integrate,deployandmaintaindigital software(e.g., Cameo, Teamwork Cloud Server, DOORS, AFSIM, Atlassian tools,SparxEA, MATLAB)

• Assistthe Governmentwith the risk management frameworkin providing continuous monitoring of the DigitalPlatformas a Service (DPaaS) environment

• Optimizedigitalsoftwareperformance and reliability in cloud environments

• Evaluatedigital software andalternatives including cost and risk,supportabilityand analyses for total systems. Duties include performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.

• Manage,maintain, andmonitorsharedVPC network environmentsaligned with organizationobjectivesand technical requirements as partofthe data protection services

• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams including development, operations, security, and product management

• Implement network segmentation, Zero Trust principles andpolicy basedaccess controls

Technical Leadership

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Present architectural designs and recommendations to executive leadership

• Mentor, guide and supervise teams onDPaaSsolutions/activities

• Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on complex technical decisions

• Act as theDPaaSmanagerforLeidosto assess employee performance, hire new employees, and ensure compliance with corporate training requirementsfor 7-10Leidospersonnel

MinimumQualifications

• Bachelorsand8+ yearsof experience;Mastersand6+ yearsof experience.Additionalexperience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

• 4+ years of prior experience managing/leading teams/projects

• Interim Secret clearancerequiredto start; Ability to obtain Secret clearancerequiredtomaintainemployment

• US citizenshiprequired

• Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)

• Certifications: One or more cloud certification

• Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in a customer-facing position

• Administration experience with cloud-based applications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Experience with theinstallation& deployment of digital software tools such as Cameo, Teamwork Cloud Server, DOORS, AFSIM, Atlassian tools,SparxEA, MATLAB

• Experience with various cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1

• Cloud certificationsin AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle clouds

• Experience with multiple CSPs/Clouds

• CertificationExamples -AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional),Azure Solutions Architect (Expert),MCSE (Server), Certified AWSSysAdmin, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Dev/Associate), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, AWS Certified Security, Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect
