Job Description:

We are excited to recruit a motivated and passionate Hospitality Intern for the summer of 2026 at our Brillion, WI locations!This support role is perfect for those eager to dive into the world of hospitality and make a real impact. The Hospitality Intern supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events across AriensCo Hospitality venues, including Round Lake Farms, Stone Prairie, the Ariens Nordic Center, and the AriensCo Museum. This role provides handson experience in event operations, guest services, venue setup, and hospitality administration. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detailoriented, communicative, and excited to learn in a fastpaced, servicefocused environment.

THE DAY TO DAY...

Event Support

  • Support event managers in ensuring all event details are executed to standard.

  • Help manage decor, table settings, signage, and other event elements.

  • Greet guests, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with guest inquiries.

  • Lead small scale events upon on-boarding.

  • Assist with event setup, teardown, and dayof coordination.

Administrative & Planning Tasks

  • Provide administrative support including preparing event materials, updating calendars, responding to emails, and organizing files.

  • Help promote venues and support sales & marketing efforts.

  • Participate in event planning meetings and contribute ideas for improving operations.

  • Assist with tracking event data, guest counts, and postevent evaluations.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with event managers, culinary team, operations team, and hospitality leadership.

  • Uphold brand standards and ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere for guests and partners.

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Must be enrolled as a student at an accredited college pursuing a degree in Hospitality or similar field highly preferred

  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

  • Ability to work on your own or in teams

  • Positive attitude

  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

  • Possess strong communication skills

  • Flexible work schedule which will include nights and weekends
