The Project Analyst Intern will support the Payment Products Development (PPD) team by contributing to project and program reporting as well as data analysis. This internship is ideal for candidates passionate about technology, analytics, and collaborative work. You will gain hands-on experience in project portfolio management, reporting frameworks, and cross-functional teamwork within a dynamic technical organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing project and program reports, including dashboards and executive summaries, to provide visibility on project status and performance to key stakeholders.
  • Support data collection, extraction, and transformation from various source systems to present meaningful insights for management decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Finance, and business leads, to gather input and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting processes and governance practices to drive compliance and efficiency.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, briefings, and stakeholder communications to support project delivery and team engagement.

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop and execute skills in business analytics, reporting, and data visualization using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
  • Gain exposure to project management methodologies and portfolio governance in a technology-driven environment.
  • Build professional communication skills for technical and business audiences.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor'sdegree,graduatingDecember 2026 - August 2027
  • Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications thatdemonstrateprofessional judgment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Interest in technology, analytics, and project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new skills and concepts.

Additional Information

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $26 to $31/hr which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Work Hours:Varies upon the needs of the department

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Travel Requirements:This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements:This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
