We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our Bishop Woods, WI team. You will play a critical role in driving strong business performance at Pentair through progressive talent and culture practice as the HR business partner to the General Manager and functional leaders. The role provides comprehensive HR leadership in a variety of areas including coaching, organization design, change management, engagement, talent management, development planning, talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations and compliance. As part of the RWT leadership team, this role will primarily partner with the General Manager, functional leaders and teams distributed across Pentair locations, primarily Golden Valley, MN and Bishop Woods, WI. This role will have global influence and matrixed responsibilities for regional operations and business teams. You will:
Key Qualifications:
Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $110700- $205600/ year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
