Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Plan and conduct practices, games, and conditioning sessions.
* Recruit, retain, and evaluate prospective student-athletes.
* Manage team operations, travel, equipment, and budget.
* Ensure compliance with university, conference, and governing body rules.
* Support student-athletes' academic progress, personal development, and well-being.
* Remain knowledgeable of and adhere to CCAC and NAIA regulations.
* Demonstrated ability to build cohesive teams.
* Independent decision-making.
* Willingness to work long hours.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree required
Experience: Playing or coaching background in Women's Flag Football
