We're looking for a *Junior .NET Developer* who is eager to learn and grow while contributing to real-world applications using *C#*, *.NET*, and *SQL*. This role includes *structured training*, hands-on *mentorship*, and the opportunity to build foundational skills in modern development practices. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver reliable features while progressing through a defined learning path.
Required Qualifications * 0-2 years of experience (internships, academic projects, bootcamp experience, or selfdriven learning). * Fundamental understanding of *C#*, *.NET*, and *SQL*. * Basic knowledge of OOP concepts, REST fundamentals, and common design patterns. * Familiarity with *Git*, Visual Studio, or VS Code. * Strong willingness to learn, grow through feedback, and participate in mentorship. * Effective communication and collaboration skills. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
