Genesis10 is currently seeking an AEM Support Engineer/Production Support with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: AEM and Sparta support; cross platform coordination; legacy CSS publishing; WCAG 2.1/2.2 compliance; weekly URL redirects; certificate management; Akamai caching/purges/traffic oversight Platform patching; incident response; production support (author/publish); dispatcher and web server config (non dev); monitoring and performance checks; routine maintenance Support publishing teams; non dev content updates; site readiness and upkeep; cross-platform content coordination Splunk logging; Dynatrace APM/synthetics; Catchpoint; IIS log review; web performance checks; Akamai monitoring Release coordination; incident/on-call support; backend/service oversight (non dev); API monitoring and escalation; vulnerability remediation tracking Oversight of 9 AITs security reviews; vulnerability remediation; service ID rotation; RISK Deliverables; accessibility compliance; business continuity testing; EOL and decommissioning; PTO and coverage planning Requirements: 5+ years of IT experience with proven past roles as a Developer (coding/debugging), Business Analyst (requirements/mapping), and QA Engineer (testing/test plans) Ability to read and debug code in at least one major language (Java, C#, or Python) Expert-level SQL for data investigation and integrity checks Command-line proficiency in Linux/Unix environments Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and the ability to distinguish between a "System Bug " and a "Business Process Gap" Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk (or ELK), and Jenkins Pay Range: $55.06-$63.06 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
