UVA Health's Center for Ehlers-Danlos and Hypermobility Syndromes is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Level 1 (licensed or non-licensed). The CRC will support clinical research activities within the program by assisting Principal Investigators with National Institutes of Health (NIH) and industry-sponsored clinical trials and/or investigator-initiated studies. The CRC will work closely with the clinical team, including faculty, advanced practice providers, and staff, and will support patient-facing activities, compliance, and research administration. The CRC 1 role is an entry point into a career in clinical research, with structured on-the-job training and a strong educational focus. The CRC 1 works under the direct supervision of a Principal Investigator and/or an experienced CRC and is assigned duties appropriate to the role. The successful candidate will be expected to:

Physical Demands This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. This is a non-exempt, part-time position. This is a restricted position, which is dependent on funding and is contingent upon funding availability. This position is based in Charlottesville, VA, and must be performed fully on-site.
