WHAT WE OFFER The Specialty Films site in North America is seeking a Regrind Operator Trainee to support the production of its polyurethane and polycarbonate films. This position is responsible for recycling scrap products in order to help ensure the entire operation is producing quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and polycarbonate (PC) film & sheet. The starting pay for this role is $21.63/hr. This is a full time role that includes competitive pay, annual bonus potential, generous paid time off, 401K with company match, retirement contribution, tuition reimbursement, parental leave and medical, dental and vision coverage (no waiting period).
