This is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract
As Brand Activation & Influencer Manager, you will manage agency partnerships, drive compliance and performance against KPIs, and ensure flawless execution of local campaigns with a focus on activation excellence and alignment with regional strategies. You will also oversee influencer initiatives integrated into broader brand plans.
Your Tasks
Integrated Media & Communication Activation
- Campaign Implementation & Media specialism
- Support implementation of best-in-class media campaign delivery, following best practices from regional and global.
- Develop and execute media strategies across channels (TV, digital, print, OOH).
- Execution-focused - campaign implementation, content adaptation, and operational excellence.
- Drive innovation through test-and-learn initiatives.
- Manage media budgets, forecasting, and PO processes.
- Upskill marketing teams on media tools and practices.
- Budget Management, Agency Management, Performance & Tracking & Evaluation
- Support in media & financial audits
Measurement & Insight
- Provide insights from campaign evaluations and competitive analysis.
- Support annual planning and measurement projects.
- Ensure PCA evaluations on time.
- Provide competitor share of voice and industry insights.
- Support annual planning and measurement projects.
- Agency workstream tools.
X-Brand Local Media Support
- As relevant support local media owner negotiations
- Input as relevant to agency evaluations

- MU Com team, local marketing teams, sales teams, regional activation managers, ecommerce and regional MDDA organisation.
- Key contact towards local broader MU iCom team and marketing teams derma
- Media Agency partners

Your Profile
- Experience in Media from either a media agency, media auditor or a similar corporate position within media
- Excellent relationship management with the ability to naturally engage your stakeholders with a strong focus on team and collaborative ways of working
- Analytical, results orientated with good influencing and relationship building skills - an inspiring and open approach
- A natural project manager you will have the ability to manage multiple project streams at fast pace
- Building effective cross media campaigns with the ability to challenge agency recommendations when required
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team member
- Challenging, motivating, and inspiring style towards the agencies and colleagues
