Overview

In this role, you will serve as key support for group managers, project managers, engineers, and field leaders, ensuring that projects run smoothly from kick-off to completion. Responsibilities
The basic responsibilities of the Project Associate include but are not limited to the following:
Provide administrative and project support to the Automation, Technology, and Service group team by assisting with day-to-day tasks (i.e. meeting minutes, construction drawings, amendments, supply requisitions, RFI's, submittals, etc.) as directed. Company profile/qualification requests - completing the information that is available and requesting other information from necessary internal departments (Safety, Financial, etc.). Compose and edit letters, memos, reports, presentations and procedures. Order certificates of insurance. Order bid bonds, performance, and payment bonds. Complete pre-qualification reports for contractors. Provide support for project kick-off and close-out. Handle education classes and training programs specific to the group, which includes but is not limited to; helping setup classes, submitting and tracking registrations for attendees. Provide assistance, when requested, with assembling O&M manuals and submittal packages. Run reports, including job labor and job status reports. Assist with managing subcontractor document compliance. Assist with loading project plans into Plan Grid and print plans as requested by Project Managers, Engineers and Field Leaders. Provide support for project kick-offs, V-Model and close-out. Provide assistance with billing and open receivables; working with Accounts Receivable/Billing to ensure all revenue is accurate, and assisting group leaders with receivables management. Assist in material purchasing, material returns and supply chain management. Including credit card purchases for materials and other equipment or office items. Plan and coordinate group events - happy hour planning, food and beverage orders when requested. Schedule and coordinate group meetings. Manage filing system and credit card purchases. Assist with travel arrangements, when needed. Manage Egan entertainment tickets/outings (such as sports tickets or other season passes). Support field leaders with requests. Provide backup for other Project Associates (during vacations, time off requests, etc.). Perform additional duties and assignments as requested/needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Previous experience with office administration, general office support or related roles. Experience in the construction industry and/or working with contractors is highly preferred, but not required.
Qualifications
Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment. A high degree of resourcefulness. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (Word, Excel and/or Google Docs, Google Sheets) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and partner with all levels of internal and external customers. Strong focus on providing exemplary customer service. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Proactive and self-starter with a positive, upbeat attitude. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic, flexible, willingness to learn new things. Excellent problem-solving skills and creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

Pay Range: $23.62 - $32.93 per hour (subject to such factors as experience, education, and/or skill set) plus potential annual discretionary bonus.
