Pharmacy Manager - Genoa Healthcare The Pharmacy Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to our consumers and supporting our clinic partners. This position is responsible for the financial, clinical, and quality performance of the pharmacy, as well as daily operational oversight-including dispensing medications and providing one-on-one consumer support. A major component of this role includes coaching, developing, and managing pharmacy staff. The Pharmacy Manager also acts as a talent steward, proactively identifying and attracting top pharmacy talent to support ongoing operational excellence. What You Can Expect:

The salary for this role will range from $140,000 to $155,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
