The Opportunity:

In this role,you'lllead the execution of enterprise network operations for a global WAN, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.You'llprovide management, direction, administration, and leadership for the project, assign tasking to team members, supervise technical efforts, and manage overall performance tooptimizeresources.

You'llengage with clients to collect, understand, and define IT requirements, translate them into actionable project plans and milestones, and create realistic resourceloaded schedules to manage and report progress.Additionalresponsibilities include implementing quality assurance measures, ensuring compliance with DoDM 8140.03 qualification requirements, and promoting best practices in ITIL 4 service management to drive continuous improvement.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in IT
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and Enterprise Operations
• 5+ years of experience managing a global WAN
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
• Managing Professional Framework ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
• Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE)Certification
• DoDM 8140.03 DCWF 441 Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience automating network configurations and compliance, and building standardized playbooks and CI/CD workflows
• Experience implementingZero Trustprinciples
• Experience withleadership inITSM maturity, including incident, problem, or change management, SLA governance, and vendor performance oversight
• Ability to design and managehybrid WAN architectures
• Ability to brief senior stakeholders, designNetOps KPIs or OKRs, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve measurable performance outcomes in large-scale enterprise environments
• TS/SCI clearance
• Enterprise Infrastructure CCIE Certification
