Supermico is seeking for Director, Product Management (Liquid Cool Rack Solutions) candidate with superior knowledge, leadership, analytical, strategic, and mentorship skills to be part of our fast-growing server department. This individual will work with external clients and feedback to design team to drive the development and improvement of storage server P&P Liquid Cool Rack Solutions. Additionally, the candidate will take the lead in create aggressive go-to market plan, and develop product road map, strategically place the in-house server products in the market to ensure maximum visibility. This position will be based at our headquarters located in San Jose, CA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Bachelor in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experiences; Master's degree in engineering discipline or business is highly preferable Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location. Salary Range
$222,000 - $240,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement
