In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing outstanding customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support a secure environment through teamwork and integrity. This position requires driving, so a valid driver's license is necessary.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises, following site-specific protocols.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with access-related inquiries and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and client site instructions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of access control activities, incidents, and observations as required by site policies.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site management and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
