Your impact: As our product suite expands and our client base grows, the need for a dedicated, product-focused support function has never been greater. The Director of Customer Support will ensure clients receive fast, knowledgeable, and consistent help, while creating the operational backbone that enables scale. By building a team closely connected to Product, this leader will also play a critical role in delivering excellent client service and supporting future product improvements, driving trust across our platform.
