Description & Requirements Project Manager 1 - Sentinel Diagnostics
The Diagnostics Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of diagnostic research and implementation activities within the Sentinel Program and Sabeti Lab. Working closely with scientific teams, country leads, and program staff, the role ensures that diagnostic projects are scientifically rigorous, operationally feasible, and aligned with program priorities and country needs. The position plays a central role in managing research workflows, coordinating assay development and validation efforts, and driving standardization and efficiency across diagnostic technologies and partners.
Reporting to the Sentinel Program Manager and collaborating closely with scientific, technical, and country leads, the ideal candidate brings a strong background in research and development along with the organizational and strategic skills needed to manage complex, multi-partner diagnostic efforts. This role requires hands-on engagement with scientific processes and operational systems, with a primary focus on project management, coordination, and scientific validation rather than direct bench work.

The expected base pay range for this position as listed above is based on a 40 hour per week schedule. Broad provides pay ranges representing its reasonable and good faith estimate of what the organization reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of posting.
