Fueling Your Passion

As a Project Manager, you will lead the supervision, organization, and execution of Digital Projects and Customer Training from initiation through closure. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder communication while applying established project methodologies and standards. This role requires strong coordination skills, customer engagement, and the ability to manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving all project activities related to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and contract management.
  • Applying project methodologies, standards, scheduling, and control processes to meet customer expectations and project objectives.
  • Planning and implementing projects, managing scope of work, and coordinating assigned project teams, including contractors.
  • Interacting directly with customers to ensure effective project delivery, manage correspondence, provide status updates, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Managing project communications with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decisionmaking.
  • Supporting invoice and payment collection, identifying deliverables, contribution margins, and managing project costs to support collections.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and managing risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle to create customer value while meeting profitability requirements.
  • Supporting ITO activities, digital sales, and solution architects during changeorder negotiations with customers.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a strong understanding of service delivery processes and product lifecycle management.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive continuous improvement.
  • Have familiarity with digital tools used for job cycle management and service quality monitoring.
  • Have the ability to manage multiple project priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivery commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a PMP certification (preferred).
  • Have 3-5 years of experience working in a digital environment, or within oil & gas, energy, or related industrial sectors (preferred).
  • Have a master's degree (preferred).

This role follows a full-time schedule and may require flexibility to support customer engagement, project milestones, and stakeholder coordination.

This role follows a hybrid working model based in Houston, TX, balancing onsite collaboration with remote work where appropriate, in line with business and project needs.
