As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
• Support retail or mall staff and visitors by providing directions and information as requested.
• Document security-related activities, incidents, and observations in daily reports and logs as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to ride a bike.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
