Description The Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team provides security application and software support for endpoint and server operating systems, as well as enterprise software and applications. The team supports managed and non-managed desktops, laptops, mobile computing devices, and communication devices across multiple locations, including centralized offices and distributed environments. This position functions as a Tier 3 System Administrator II within the Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team. The role provides primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools, including SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus solutions, Tanium, and AGPM, as well as Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management, Project Management, and Process and Procedure Documentation. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities / Competencies * Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment, including servers and desktops * Extensive experience with MECM, including inventory management, software distribution, patch management, and PowerShell scripting in an enterprise environment * Strong expertise with Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory * Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, and SharePoint * Solid troubleshooting skills across LAN and WAN environments Management Preferences * Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting and maintaining an enterprise MECM/SCCM environment * Experience with Azure and Intune (MDM and MAM) supporting Windows and Apple devices * Knowledge of enterprise antivirus and firewall solutions * Experience with BitLocker and endpoint security/anti-malware tools in enterprise environments * Working knowledge of third-party patch management tools for non-Microsoft applications * Ability to manage timelines, resources, and personnel (internal staff and contractors) * Proven ability to lead implementation efforts through successful completion Top Skills Details * Intune * MECM * Tanium Additional Skills and Qualifications * Experience supporting systems within a large-scale enterprise environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
