We are currently hiring an HR Program Consultant to join our HR Culture and Engagement team! In this role, you'll serve as the operational owner of our Workforce Survey program and partner with leaders across the organization to turn insights into action. You'll manage the annual census survey, lifecycle surveys, and pulse surveys, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and impact. Your work will help shape strategies that improve employee experience and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with Press Ganey and internal stakeholders to execute the annual workforce survey, including planning timelines, confirming survey questions, and ensuring data accuracy, while also reviewing historical data.

  • Develop and maintain communication materials, FAQs, and training resources for leaders and HR teams.

  • Facilitate training sessions on survey results interpretation and portal navigation.

  • Provide level-two support for survey-related inquiries and access issues during key launch periods.

  • Track leader action plans and follow up to ensure accountability.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Nursing, Quality, Belonging & Inclusion, and Physician/APC leaders to integrate survey insights into improvement plans.

  • Support lifecycle surveys (onboarding and exit) and micro pulse surveys as needed.

  • Partner with Patient Experience teams to align workforce and patient experience data for joint action planning.

  • Maintain a consistent, organized approach to project implementation and ensure high-quality standards.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources related field

  • Experience: 3-4 years of progressive human resources related experience

  • Strong project management skills and ability to move ideas from concept to execution.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR technology solutions.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday Days

  • Location: Remote eligible with expectation to work onsite and travel as business needs permit.
