- Individual will perform machine setup and run Acme and Davenport screw machines. This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified mechanically inclined machine set-up/operator to work with a great company that offers excellent benefits.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operation of screw machines; including, loading bar stock, filling fluids, and removing chips from machine.
- Responsible for performing setup on screw machines; including, tooling changes, tool sharpening, and tool adjustments to ensure continued conformance to specifications.
- Responsible for conformance with quality specifications.
- Ability to assist other operators in performing tool changes, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Ability to assist in training others on operation and setup of screw machines.
Preferred Skills:
- Mechanically inclined - Individual needs to be good with tools and machinery and can adapt quickly to fixing things both familiar and unfamiliar.
- Perform standard math - Individual needs to be able to perform standard math to effectively make machine adjustments.
- Reasoning ability - Ability to think, reflect, and make decisions to overcome obstacles.
Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience; maintenance, mechanic, automotive mechanic, or trade school completion.
- Perform standard math - add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
