Job Description

Summary Assists the Business Strategy and Analytics team with various software applications to support and improve business operations. This position requires basic software development and data management skills as well as the ability to work within a team. The ideal candidate will be able to work 15 - 25 hours per week depending on department workload and schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.

    Assist with developing ETL processes to integrate systems. Test and document new features and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports. Identify, diagnose, and resolve data quality issues as needed.
  • Build predictive models to drive enhanced decision-making within Business Operations. Where possible, leverage AI to increase efficiency.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve data quality issues as needed.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Experience with programming languages and development technologies (Including Python, R, SQL, and Tableau frameworks).
  • Experience with RDBMS (Preferably Google BigQuery)
  • Desire to work with people in a demanding yet highly rewarding industry
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Apache Airflow a plus
  • Experience with Cloud computing GCP a plus
  • Experience with SQL Google BigQuery a plus
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) a plus

Education and/or Experience

Student within three or four semesters of completing an accredited college degree in computer science or information technology; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
