Introduction to the role The Production Engineer 2 is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to support both New Product Introductions (NPI) and volume production. This role requires hands-on experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead small-scale projects independently. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and technical leadership to ensure operational excellence. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.).
