The College offers AACSB-accredited B.S., M.S., MBA, Ph.D., Graduate Certificate, and Pathway programs, along with interdisciplinary and dual degree options in collaboration with the Georgia Tech Colleges of Computing, Design, Engineering, and Liberal Arts, as well as the Morehouse School of Medicine. In addition to degree programs, Scheller also provides custom corporate and open enrollment Executive Education programs.

Scheller manages its broad portfolio of programs, curriculum, and research through eight academic areas: Accounting, Finance, Information Technology Management, Law and Ethics, Marketing, Operating Management, Organizational Behavior, and Strategy and Innovation. Scheller is also home to 11 globally recognized centers and initiatives, with focus areas in fintech, global business, social impact, sustainability, technology innovation, and more.

Provide strategic leadership, expertise, and support for Executive Non-Degree Programs within the Scheller College of Business. Responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and expanding Georgia Techs Executive Education portfolio, including custom and open enrollment offerings. Establish departmental goals, determine resource needs, assess performance, and provide feedback to ensure operational excellence and revenue achievement. This position will interact regularly with: faculty, staff, alumni, and corporate clients. The position typically will advise and counsel: faculty, staff, and corporate partners. This position will supervise: assigned staff.

Job Duty 1 -

Develop and execute strategies to identify new market opportunities, build partnerships with corporate clients, and expand program reach regionally and globally. Drive revenue generation through proactive business development, competitive pricing, and strategic positioning of programs to meet evolving market needs.

Job Duty 2 -
Develop in-person and online open enrollment programs, increase participation, and explore new curriculum opportunities.

Job Duty 3 -
Collaborate with other leaders in all aspects of academic issues, curricular design, faculty assignments, and program innovations.

Job Duty 4 -
Serve as external representative for the programs to prospective candidates/clients, alumni, executives, and business leaders.

Job Duty 5 -
Establish vision for operational excellence.

Job Duty 6 -
Establish policies, protocols, and procedures to streamline and consistently improve programs.

Job Duty 7 -
Manage internal functions of program office, including but not limited to: budgetary oversight, financial and operational reporting, etc.

Job Duty 8 -
Lead the executive education team and manage staff functions and development.

Job Duty 9 -
Maintain and cultivate corporate partnerships to ensure high-quality customized programs.

Job Duty 10 -
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Educational Requirements
Master's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience
Ten or more years of job-related experience.

SKILLS

• Skills in sales, revenue generation, marketing, management, organization, leadership, customer service, budget administration, and the use of office-related computer applications.
• General management skills in business development, coaching, communication, and decision-making within an academic context.

Salary range: $127,257.00 - $173,068.00 annually. Commensurate with experience
