Capital Cravings by TCMA is seeking a Catering Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Catering Administrative Assistant supports the Catering team by handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires proficiency in administration and the ability to manage requests, generate reports, and assist with event coordination.

Job Responsibilities


Support the Catering Managers and Catering Coordinator in operational and administrative tasks

Create client materials (signage, menu cards, etc.).

Handle special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Monday through Friday daytime hours

Background and Skills

2+ years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to adapt to changing tasks.

Highly organized, efficient, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
