As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, manage badge access, and help to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and visible presence. You will interact with staff and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location.
• Verify credentials and identification of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and delivery personnel with access-related inquiries and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter security-related risks.
• Document and report any unusual activities, security-related incidents, or policy violations observed during shifts.
• Collaborate with site management and/or law enforcement as needed during emergencies or security-related incidents.
• Follow Allied Universal site-specific policies and procedures at all times while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
