Behr Process Corporation
sick time, 401(k), retirement plan
United States, California, Santa Ana
Jan 09, 2026

To thrive as a Color Marketing Manager, you have a creative vision with strategic execution, bringing deep expertise in color trends, palette development, interior design, and brand storytelling! You will improve our color leadership in the BEHR DIY, BEHR PRO, and KILZ brands. This role includes partnering with The Home Depot and global retail channels. We work cross-functionally to guarantee outstanding color uniformity. We drive impactful marketing initiatives and translate trend research into inspiring campaigns. These campaigns develop how customers experience color in-store, online, and everywhere in between.

Every day you will lead endtoend color marketing campaigns, collaborate with creative and product teams, produce trend reports, and improve digital assets to ensure accuracy and impact. You'll write engaging content, deliver daily color consultations, support in-store mockups, and manage process improvements that boost operational excellence. We innovate together, we push boundaries, and we bring color to life in bold, meaningful way by making a real impact on how the world sees color!

Here's what we're looking for:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong preference for a BA in Marketing or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on color, design, or creative execution.
  • A strategic creative leader who can elevate our color authority by driving highimpact campaigns across digital, print, and instore environments.
  • Crossfunctional collaborator who partners seamlessly with creative, product, sales, merchandising, and agency teams to ensure color consistency.
  • Campaign owner capable of leading endtoend color marketing initiatives- from planning and execution to tracking through Excel, reporting, and continuous optimization.
  • A trendsavvy storyteller who can produce color trend reports, analyze color tool performance, and ensure accuracy across all printed and digital materials.
  • Content creator who writes compelling colorfocused blog posts and social media content, using analytics to drive engagement and performance.
  • A trusted color expert who provides daily consultations, develops custom palettes, and supports instore experiences, mockups, and layouts.
  • Diligent problem solver who leads post-mortems, improves workflows, supports internal training, and champions operational excellence.
  • A skilled designer with strong Adobe Photoshop capabilities to maintain and enhance digital assets and ensure accurate color representation across platforms.
  • Analytical thinker with strong skills in deriving insights from data, including color hit data, research studies, and trend reports.

Here is What We Offer You:

  • Enjoy our hybrid schedule and 9/80 work option that gives you every other Friday off.
  • Quarterly and holiday bonuses are available.
  • Accrue 15 paid days of vacation time off the first year plus 5 days of sick time off.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% match. Annual retirement profit-sharing payments
  • Competitive health plans for individuals and families
