As an Advanced ML Ops Engineer, you will bridge the gap between core engineering and data-science teams, building and evolving the platforms, pipelines, and practices that turn research prototypes into reliable, scalable production solutions. You will own critical components of the ML lifecycle - from automated training pipelines to secure, monitored deployments - while collaborating closely with Senior and Lead engineers to drive continuous improvement across Relativity's AI platform. Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $103,000 and $155,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
