As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will:

  • Health, Safety & Environment:
    Protect the health and safety of personnel and the environment by conducting all activities in line with Baker Hughes' non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.

  • Contract & Quote Management:
    Ensure assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.

  • Job Coordination:
    Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.

  • Scheduling & Dispatching:
    Responsible for scheduling and dispatching resources in line with job requirements.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Act as the primary contact for the client during job preparation, execution, and close-out. Manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes.

  • Risk & Escalation Management:
    Be familiar with the client's process for Management of Change (MOC) and escalation. Ensure proper processes are followed when there is a risk of not achieving client objectives (e.g., requests to operate outside product specifications or execute work not aligned with Baker Hughes SOP). Promptly escalate issues that can impact service delivery.

  • Financial Accountability:
    Ensure invoices align with contract/quote, prevent revenue leakage, and support timely cash collection.
