Here's what you'd do:

• We are seeking a Sub-Assembly Assembler to build and wire assemblies such as powerdistribution load boxes, control/communication panels, joysticks, and related mechanical assemblies.
• The role needs reading blueprints, schematics, and BOMs, installing LEDs, pushbuttons, switches, handles, and fasteners, routing, dressing, stripping, and crimping wires, performing functional and workmanship inspections, and documenting results in work orders within our MRP system.
• Behavioral expectations include reliable attendance, teamwork, clear communication, safety compliance, and a proactive attitude toward learning and process improvement.
• Conversion to permanent employment will occur after 12months if the contractor meets all technical milestones (30, 60, 120day evaluations) and behavioral standards (90day performance).

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20.35 / hr.

Hours: 4/10 hrs/Week. (1^st shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with hands-on assembly (aerospace, defense, industrial, or automotive).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with IPC-WHMA-A-620 and Read Engineering Schematics.

• Associate Degree.
• IPC610/OSHA10.
• Proficient with crimping, soldering, torque tools, and basic continuousimprovement methods (6S/Kaizen).
• Team Player.
• IPC-A-610.
• IPC-J-STD.
• Stripping and Crimping Wires.
