This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Our solutions are central to enabling the next generation of electrified, automated, and connected vehicles, and we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence.

We are looking for talented individuals who are excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of EDS and delivering industry-leading solutions to the world's top automotive manufacturers.

At the moment, we are looking for candidates for two OTC Analyst positions and two OTC Junior Analyst positions.

Your Role:

As an OTC Analyst / OTC Junior Analyst, your daily work will be related to:

  • Collections Management

  • Resolving customer financial inquiries professionally and efficiently

  • Managing due and overdue balances through Collections Workflow tools

  • Engaging with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Addressing and resolving discrepancies (Quantity, Price, Warranty, Customer, Freight, etc.)

  • Financial Reporting & Documentation

  • Preparing and distributing customer account statements

  • Generating timely reports including Past Due reports and Forecasts

  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive desktop procedures

  • Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement

  • Contributing to project teams as needed

  • Escalating and following up on issues through appropriate channels

  • Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met and service excellence is maintained

  • Collaborating effectively with other departments

  • Participating in scheduled conference calls

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Minimum 0,5 - 2 years* of relevant work experience *(depends on seniority level)

  • Proficient knowledge of SAP systems

  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal); additional language proficiency is advantageous

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills
