Coke Florida is looking for a Human Resource Analyst based in our Headquarter office.



What You Will Do:


The Human Resource Analyst supports HR, Compliance, and business leaders by managing audits, maintaining accurate HR data, overseeing policy and reporting processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role supports Talent Acquisition Operations, including reporting, system maintenance, and master data. This position partners with corporate and field functions to streamline processes and uphold data accuracy.



Roles & Responsibilities:


HR Operations and Compliance



  • Conduct recurring audits (including, but not limited to, I 9, employment status, delegation, policy attestations, payroll, and excessive overtime).
  • Manage unemployment claims, labor law poster compliance, EEO-1 filings, I-9 compliance, and Risk/Legal file requests.
  • Host monthly calls with facility level administrators throughout the company.
  • Develop associate and leader reference material and maintain SharePoint and Hub content.
  • Monitor HR support mailboxes and respond to inquiries timely.



HR Data and Analytics



  • Provide HR Support on cross-functional projects or implementations.
  • Support other entities as needed for HR compliance and data integrity.
  • Manages recurring or ad hoc reporting requests (including, but not limited to, turnover, macro trends, headcount, payroll trends, and late terminations).
  • Aggregate and track engagement activities and feedback throughout the organization and provide updates.
  • Create engagement surveys, analyze results, and support action planning follow up.
  • Develop or modify forms and workflows in our HRIS (Dayforce).
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in our HRIS (Dayforce).
  • Serve as a system resource for Dayforce and ensure workflow compliance.
  • Support HR master data, perform reconciliations, and support data governance.



For this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in HR operations, compliance, and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems (Dayforce preferred).
  • Experience with reporting tools (Power BI) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite preferred.
  • Experience with SQL and XML coding is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem solving ability.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
