  • Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99-bed community-owned facility offering a variety of services for patients of all ages in the Cushing, Oklahoma area. The hospital offers 24-hour emergency services, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology and more. We also offer inpatient behavioral health care to adults experiencing a mental health crisis by offering a fully staffed team of licensed professionals, personalized treatment plans and continued support after being discharged.

The Med Surg Manager will actively promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization, serving as a strong advocate for quality patient care, excellent customer service, and the efficient delivery of healthcare services. As a key member of the management team, the Med Surg Manager will contribute to system planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and program development to ensure the provision of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care. The Nurse Manager will also oversee wound care services, ensuring evidence-based practices, staff competency, and optimal patient outcomes in this specialized area.

Job Requirements:

  • Oklahoma RN License
  • BLS Certification

Preferred Job Requirements:
