This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.
ABOUT THE POSITION The Director of (North America) Ecommerce is responsible for developing and overseeing the site operations for SOREL North America Ecommerce businesses. This position will lead and manage the implementation of site strategies and the comprehensive Ecommerce functions to drive revenue and increase the health and long-term growth of SOREL.com and SOREL.ca. This role is responsible for defining and delivering a best-in-class consumer experience for SOREL.com and SOREL.ca consumers that will increase consumer affinity, drive engagement, and ultimately drive sales. This includes the oversight for every consumer journey touchpoint for the Ecommerce channel. The Director of Ecommerce is a critical piece of the long-term SOREL.com and SOREL.ca growth strategy. The person is part of the SOREL Marketing and Ecommerce leadership team and has a seat at the table for making short and long-term decisions that have significant impact the SOREL brand and business.
