We are seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in our Crafton, PA locations.

This role provides individualized support to residents in a residential setting, assisting with daily living activities, community involvement, and maintaining a safe, clean living environment. Work is performed under the supervision of the House Manager, and staff are expected to follow assigned shift routines and daily responsibilities.

  Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and hygiene

  Provide individualized, person-centered care and active treatment

  Support residents in social, recreational, work, and day program activities

  
  
• 
  

  Perform housekeeping duties, including laundry and maintaining living areas

  
  
• 
  

  Promote resident safety, well-being, and independence

  
  
• 
  

  Transport and accompany residents to appointments, community activities, or emergencies as needed

  
  
• 
  

  Administer medications upon completion of required training

  
  
• 
  

  Complete accurate documentation, daily notes, and progress reports

  
  
• 
  

  Participate in team meetings and required trainings

  Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism

  Ability to lift and transfer residents (50+ lbs as needed)
