Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Requirements Manager to support our customer on-site at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), DC. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and manage multiple complex projects and contribute to deliverables and performance metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:



  • Independently manages multiple complex work assignments with minimal oversight and review. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
  • Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.


Required Qualifications



  • Shall possess a minimum 6 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Shall possess a BS degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating project and product requirements, leading requirement clarification meetings with the customer, setting up tool infrastructure and supporting team members in usage of tools, and configuring, monitoring, and baselining requirements.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Demonstrated experience using Agile Project Management model, creating briefings and white papers to address requirements, and resolving obstacles to project and product accomplishment.

  • Normal office environment.

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,250.00 to $156,750.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems' total compensation package for employees.
