WGL - Executive Administrator

Join a high-performing team at the heart of regulatory strategy. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Partner to support our Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and their leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and ensures seamless operations for a critical business function.

You Will:

  • Manage complex calendars, anticipate conflicts, and adjust quickly to changes

  • Monitor deadlines, flag potential issues early, and ensure priorities are met

  • Prepare reports, handle data entry, and manage invoices and expense reports

  • Arrange business travel, schedule hearings, and organize offsite meetings and workshops

  • Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and slide decks

  • Support broader leadership team and cross-functional initiatives as the role evolves

You Have:

  • 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience (7-10 years preferred)

  • Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities

  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and acts decisively

  • Adaptable and resourceful; thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment

  • Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering accurate work without follow-up

We offer a competitive salary range of $73,100 to $105,800 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
