Working for our team, you can truly make a difference. The Maintenance custodian is responsible for performing general cleaning and sanitation on a daily basis. Why work at MCC: Compensation: $17.50 hourly Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k) Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating Holidays Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning of restrooms, break room and locker rooms. Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, loading/unloading dishwasher, restroom cleaning etc.) Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms * Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Social Interaction: Communicate any problems and/or questions with the operators and Team Coach Communicate important technical information to the colleagues to ensure a good shift handover Specific handling requirements: Operating floor scrubber Operating a computer. Physical Requirements: Working on a PC for a part of the day Working standing up during work hours.
