What to Expect Tesla isseekinga dedicated and experienced Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Operator Training Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be OSHA Certified and excel in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs for selected candidates on a diverse range of industrial equipment, including forklifts, tuggers, electronic pallet jacks, scissor lifts, aerial booms, telehandlers, flatbed carts, pallet stackers, reach trucks, and excavators. This role demands a profound understanding of equipment operation, safety regulations, and adult learning principles to empower trainees with the skills and confidence tooperatevehicles safely and efficiently. As a champion of workplace safety, the instructor will play a critical role in fostering a secure work environment and minimizing the risk of accidents or injuries through exceptional training and mentorship.
